Directions: To turn your bathtub or footbath into a therapeutic mineral spa, Using scoop included with this set, fill reusable organza bag with bath soak and place in the bath near running water. You can also pour about 3-4 ounces [as desired] under warm running water, disperse with hand, dissolving flakes and salts into water. Add 4-6 pumps of oil in with bath water & salt mixture. After mixture has dissolved, gently relax in bathtub or footbath for at least 20 minutes and let the ingredients work their magic!

Grapeseed and Essential Oil Directions: pour 4-6 pumps of oil in bath water with salt mixture or 2-3 pumps to footbath salt mixture.

Dead Sea Salt and Magnesium Chloride information:   

DEAD SEA SALT: The waters from the Dead Sea are unique in that they contain 27% of various salts as compared to 3% in normal sea water. Further, while sodium accounts for approximately 80% of the salt content of normal sea water, it comprises much less of the salt total in water from the Dead Sea. The balance of the salts in Dead Sea water are magnesium, potassium, calcium chloride and bromides. Proprietary blend that includes various salt crystal sizes.

 

MAGNESIUM FLAKES: Pure Magnesium Flakes are highly-concentrated crystals of magnesium chloride sourced from the ancient Zechstein seabed in the Netherlands-- nothing added and nothing removed, the magnesium flakes are extremely pure because the seabed lies 1,600 to 2,000 meters beneath the surface of the earth where it has to be protected.
